Our wholesale frozen pork are fast-freezed at -18℃ to effectively minimise the natural meat deterioration process. They are then shipped whole after the initial pre-processing to our storage facility. We sliced different parts of the pork while it is still hard-frozen and packed them into easy-to-access packets for your convenience.

After deep freezing by – 50º Celsius we store our products by -18º Celsius in our storage facilities.
Goods are shipped to you in special refrigerated containers of -18º.
